Welcome to the official website of Foot Poetry, Utah’s premiere tap dance ensemble.

Based in Lindon, Utah, Foot Poetry is an independent and non-profit ensemble, not associated with a studio or school. It is the creation of Colleen West, and is composed almost exclusively of former students of hers. These dancers are passionate about tap and absolutely love being a part of Foot Poetry. The dancers come from all over the USA. Some have settled in Utah, while others are living here to attend school. Their love of dance is the common ground that brings them together in this amazing ensemble.

Foot Poetry is not solely tap dance. Often, Clogging, Irish dance, and other forms of foot percussion are included in the performances. Check out the upcoming performances to see for yourself!
